How can I fix this GE washing machine?
I have a GE washing machine model gksr2120d5ww serial sh144114p. The machine continually fills. It will drain and spin only if the knob is turned manually. All cycles are the same. No agitation at all.

Just to clarify. It fills with water all the time, or just when you turn it on? Your timer (program ) does not advance at all? When you move the timer by hand,it drains and spins?
