i have a mini 2 that was working fine until it faded and didn't responded i tried resetting the device but it no longer function i opened it and remove the LCD and the iPad starts connecting to iTunes but the screen stays blank even with replacement.
Is this a good question?

If resetting and replacing with *known good* screen does not restore an image, then your iPad could be suffering from a fault at the level of the logic board.
However, image circuit and back light circuit rarely fail together. So are you sure that there are neither an image (very dark) nor back light (edges of the LCD when seen from inside are lit, but no image)?

i checked no image or light device will sync with iTunes and restore without any problems is there a place that can fix it?

Lit screen and no image (back light seems ON if you look at the back of the screen); has image but no back light (you can see something on the screen, but it is acting as if brightness is stuck on minimum); or no image nor light?
