iPhone doesn't respond correctly after repair.

I had a few problems with my phone, I replaced the volume button flex cable, the back camera, and the bottom speaker. I also bought a whole new screen assembly and put that on. But, now that I've used my phone I notice that it seems like the left side of the screen doesn't respond correctly, or maybe it just doesn't respond correctly more often then the right side. When I try and scroll through a webpage or try to view things on snapchat for instance it will go crazy and go all the way to the top or bottom of the screen. On snapchat if I use the left side of the screen it won't allow me to view the picture because I guess it doesn't detect my finger. When I enter my password to unlock my phone when I press the 1 it will some times press it twice even though I only hit it once. When I scroll through my apps using the left side of the screen it will sometimes select an app and open it or scroll the wrong way, etc. The top of the screen is pushed out a little bit, but I've seen this before and had no effect on screen responsiveness. It isn't pushed up enough that there is light bleeding through from the LCD. But, if I try and push the screen back down it will make a click and the screen will go crazy and when I let go it will come right back up. The screen is coming up along the top right edge of the phone. There's also a slight dent on the back housing on the bottom left corner of my phone and I've read that if the screen is secured too tightly it could cause problems but I don't think the dent is that bad.
