Why is my screen totally unresponsive after a drop?

I dropped my phone from my pocket and it landed face down. After I picked it up, on the right side appears thick white lines and on the left faded gray lines just like the ones on the right. The screen gets all my notifications and has perfect clear imagery but it's totally unresponsive. I touch it and nothing happens. The home button, power button and volume buttons still all work. I use Siri to do things but that is extremely hard because she won't do much for me. I searched some things up and it said I should turn it off but I can't do that because I can't slide the bar. I have to let it die but that is gunna take forever because when the incedent happened it was fully charged.
