Displays electrical outlet and charger / locked-How do I unlock

My iPod displays a picture of an electrical outlet with a picture of a charger in front of it. Unit is locked in this mode. How do I unlock it.

Options

you most likely made an update or restored the iPod - now you must connect the wall charger to the iPod to complete the installation process
