How to repair just lcd on an xperia e1 d2005?

Hi all I have an xperia e1 d2005 and have broken the screen(cracked and leaked) but the touch works fine and I can only find either LCD or touchscreen digitizer sold separately so I'm wondering if its possible to replace just the one part without the other?
