Why is my Wifi-Module wakelocking my whole phone?

Hello!

I've made everything possible, to reset my phone, i flashed a newly fresh Stock ROM with ODIN and deleted everything on my intern SD-Card.

But my Wifi-Module doesn't let my phone sleep.

I use Wakelock Detector, to see what's happend and I can see that wlan_rx_wake and wlan_wd_wake are the problem. When I shut wifi off, everything works fine and my phone doesn't drain so fast.

Can I replace the Wi-Fi-Module? Or do you know any solution?

Hey guys, the solution is, that YESTERDAY the Wifi-Module died completely. I wondered why my phone stuck in a softboot-bootloop until I tried to turn off my WIFI. After that, it stopped to softreboot. So I think I had a broken WIFI-Module the whole time.
