2 Why won't my radio turn on?
My radio's display is black and the radio doesn't respond when I press buttons.

First, check the battery by plugging the phone into its charging station. If that doesn't work, the battery may be damaged and need to be replaced. In extreme cases, the radio's motherboard may be damaged as well. For more information about removing the battery, please refer to this page.
