If your Xbox One Wireless Controller has a malfunctioning thumbstick and you cannot properly navigate around your Xbox One, see the Xbox One Wireless Controller Has Malfunctioning Thumbsticks problem page for possible problems and solutions.

If your joystick gets stuck while playing, try checking the controller for dirt or residue that is preventing the joystick from moving. Check out the Xbox One Wireless Controller troubleshooting page at Xbox One Wireless Controller Troubleshooting for more information. If the joystick have drift problems, then it’s best to unsolder the joystick analog and attach a new one on.
