replaced s3 motherboard keeps freezing help plz

Hi I replaced my s3 motherboard now it locks up on the start up Samsung screen am I doing something wrong plz help

Perhaps you replaced your old board with a faulty board? Try doing a factory reset on it through the recovery menu to see if it solves your problem.
