Where can I get a new screen?
I need a screen for a gen 1 iPod model M8541. I searched the web, no luck. Any ideas?

I did find where you can get it replaced for $22.

I also found the screen part at the same place but they want $29.00 for just the part. Go figure?

I buy those parts on ebay, mostly faulty iPods.
they are sometimes pretty cheap
