Can anyone identify this digitizer?

I used to run a repair shop, which was helped a lot by this site. I still have quite a few parts left over, and one of which is this digitizer, and i don't know what it belongs to.

From intensive googling, I think it might come from a galaxy, but im not sure which one. Im guessing it's a S5, but can anyone tell me for sure?

mjcshay, don't think it's an S5. Looks more like a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 L600 R960 M819N. Check the layout of the digitizer cable as well as the hole spacing for speaker etc.
