roncoen, in most cases the error message appears due to hard drive failure (seldom it is possibly a bad memory module as well). The system is trying to boot from network since it is unable to detect the hard drive and thus showing the error message regarding PXE. To verify this check on this first:

Switch off the computer and then wait for 10 seconds and then switch on the computer and tap F2 at Dell logo screen for 4-5 times to enter the system setup.

Go to system set-up and check if Hard Drive is detected.

Under “Main” tab search for Fixed HDD which would have the name for your HDD. Go to Boot and ensure that the Hard Drive is as first boot device.

Then followed by CD/DVD drive.

Save changes and Exit.

This problem only comes when booting order is incorrect on your computer. so in this situation, You need to follow these kind of options .

1. Go to BIOS and then select boot option.

2. now you need to click on boot order device or primary boot device. you need to go ahead and then select your hard drive on top boot order and press F10 to save the settings and restart your computer .

Finally it will start working fine.
