Acer E1-510 won't load past acer logo?

My acer laptop will only load bios f2 and if hit f8 it says File:/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/BCD Status: 0xc0000185 and gives me that bs about a recovery disk I made one with a usb cuz I don't have a disk tray and nothing I do will work it will load to Acer and the to a black screen if I do nothing hope that's enough info
