Extra part left after teardown

I did a teardown on my iPhone 5c to repair water damage and I have an extra part. I cannot determine where it goes back in the reassembly.

It is gold plated square (cube) in shape andlooks like it should cover another part. It also has a hole in it so I think it will have a screw hold it down.

Dan, do you still have that gold-colored piece on the left, or did you use it? If you still have it and aren't going to use it, can you let me know? I'm looking for that exact piece and can't find it anywhere right now. Thank You!!

I found a video that showed where it went. So, it is back in the phone.

What's the purpose of this gold part. I noticed when I was replacing my screen/digitizer that it is missing on my iPhone 5C and there is a gap between the logic board screw hole and the threaded hole beneath it so not connection is being made. What problems are caused if this piece missing?

It's a RF conductor, for one of the upper antennas.
