Paint on inner case bubbling and chipping?

I have a 17" MacBook Pro (late 2011) and the paint on the inside case where I rest my wrist while using the track pad is bubbling and chipping off. Everyone says it is brushed aluminum, but it has been painted, and I bought it new from Apple. Is there an aerosol primer and paint that will match the case? If the color doesn't match exactly it will look worse than it does now.

This is really tough. Some have suggested Krylon 1403 in Dull Aluminum. To try it, I'd remove the bottom plate and test on the inside so it won't show. Take it to a Paint place that has a spectrophotometer and let a computer match your color. You'd probably want to shoot the entire upper case for a good looking paint job.
