caller can't hear me on speaker & Siri doesn't work
So I fixed my iPhone 5s and the caller can't hear me over the speaker and also Siri doesn't work? What can this be?

John, the dock assembly located at the bottom is for the internal microphone, when the phone is on speaker it relies on the speakerphone located on the very top of the phone near the camera, which is why siri is also not working because siri also relies on the speakerphone, not the internal phone (which is used for phone calls that are not on speaker.)
Overall: Your main problem is not the dock assembly but it's the speaker assembly located up top. If you replace your dock assembly I don't think that's going to solve your problem. Unless i'm completely wrong then someone feel free to correct me.

you need to replace the dock assembly. This is at the botton where the charger plugs in. It has a microphone attached to it.
