need help identifing my laptop
I am not sure what kind of laptop I have. It is a HP but says nothing else. How do I find out what kind it is so I can repair it

It should have a black sticker on bottom of unit correct?
If not are you able to locate the product &serial number?
You can get it from the bios or located on bottom of unit.
