Won't power on with 65w charger lights, 85w does not?

MacBook pro went to sleep and I couldn't wake it. Forced it off by pressing power button. Now it will not come on. No previous issues. 85w brick that I've always used no longer lights up when plugged in. (Does light up on another MacBook so that's not the issue.). 65w brick does light up when plugged in but does nothing to help the laptop turn on. Pressing the button on the side has one fast blinking green light.

Thought I would need to replace the DC board but now I'm not sure since it is recognizing the 65w charger. Advice?
