unexpected power off and restart, charging symble but stays at 3%

i recently dropped my iPhone and it shut itself off, i plugged it in and it showed the charging symbol and then tried to boot itself and did this in a loop, so i got a replacement battery and dock connector and it fixed that issue but now as i turn my iPhone on, it says that its charging but it stays on 3% and then goes to this grayish screen and restarts itself and does this in a loop.

can anyone help, is it the part of the logic board that broke?
