Is it possible to repair a broken charger on my laptop?
My 3yrd old son dropped our laptop on the floor and broke the plastic surrounding the charger plug. Over a short amount of time the charger piece was hanging out and no longer charges. Any solution other than a computer repair shop?

Vanessa, any chance you can post a couple of images of the damage? From your description, it sounds like the charging port is not longer support by the computer case. It may have come of the board. To repair this, you may have to "re-engineer" some sort of support for the charger, or to replace the case.
