Is there a voice mic that can be replaced?

While making calls, my voice isn't heard, however, if I use the earbuds with the telephone mic, I am heard. Is there a voice mic that can be replaced?

Unfortunately, I believe the mic is a piece of the display assembly. It is possible that others sell it separate from the display assembly, but putting it together would be quite a project.
