Replaced LCD and digitizer now LCD. No image backlight works

I bought an iPad off ebay that had a broken screen and LCD. After replacing the LCD and digitizer the LCD shows no image but the back light works. I tried a reset, reconnecting the ribbon cables and a full restore and still no image. iTunes recognizes it and it makes noise. Siri responds when I hold the home button down.

What could be the issue? Is there something that might ave shorted out?

Thanks!

If you take out the board, basically right underneath the LCD connector, remove the Emi shield and you'll probably see a burnt filter. Replace or jumper and it should work.

Is there anyone who could fix it for me for a decent price? I'm good at swapping parts out but don't have the tools to replace or bypass the filter
