Ipad issues with touchscreen.

My iPad is the first one, and one day he fell and the screen would appear green things. Before I opened the screen was still working like i could still use. after I opened the iPad the touchscreen doesn't work anymore. It doesn't appear any more green lights, it's normal but now I can't use. I can't slide or do anything.
