screen not working, white dot
when i turn it on, it has clear sound but a blank screen with a tiny white dot. you can hear the game (mine storm) starting.
any ideas for a fix

rob, anytime you are dealing with a collapsed monitor, I consider a cap kit and replace all the caps on the monitor board. You also want to take a look at the IC's. There is a IC401 under a large heat sink on the power board. Check that since it does have the tendency to overheat. Check your monitor board for any loose or burned components. Please remember that you are dealing with a CRT and that you must properly discharge the high voltage CRT before working on it. Otherwise you could have a shocking experience.
