black screen please help!

hello i have a !phone 4 , and i have drop it couple of times but the lights and camera still works everything works except the lock screen and the vibration, an the volume but thas not the problem my phone was charging and i was on snapchat an then of nowhere it turn by it self i tried to charger it but you can only hear that is charging,but my screen is all black can you please help me?
