Defective Connector on Mother Board?

Block Image

While removing the touchscreen/digitizer assembly from an iPad Mini, I noticed that several horseshoe shaped copper contacts in the male side (attached to the mother board)came out. I have done 30 or 40 Minis and this has never happened. Has anyone had this experience?

If so, how do I fix it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I didn't have personal experience breaking it but I have fixed someone's pins that broke it. At the time I didn't have the part in stock so I took a copper wire and shaped it in and soldered it on. Worked perfectly after that.
