The controller acts crazy by pressing by itself de buttons

i have a wireless xbox 360 controller and i have a problem with it, when i'm in a game like pro evolution soccer some of the buttons acts alone by itself :) every 2 second the button "change player" acts alone

this think is rondom with the buttons sometime my d-pad goes crazy up or down etc

can somebody help me ? an idee ...what to do?

(i have win 8.1 just in case)

i cleaned the controller ,put is back and nothing
