Why isn't my Zippo Hand Warmer warming?

I recently purchased a Zippo Hand Warmer brand new, I received it today and I have been trying to get it to work but it only gets warm.. that is it.. I have tried different methods suggested online.. I have followed all the directions in and out and watched every YouTube video about it too... I have NO IDEA why it isnt working.. The burner is even glowing! HELP NEEDED PLEASE!
