How do I know if my hard drive is one the above?

I need a new hard drive for my iMac 27" 11.3 with Mac OSX 10.6.8 as the S.M.A.R.T SATA has obviously failed after showing it was failing. Do you have a Hard Drive that will replace this as well as added RAM Memory that is matched to my 4GB 1333MHzDDR3. Do you need additional information on my Imac?
