Xperia z suddenly turned off

my phone while using suddenly turned off. After pressing the power button many times it turned on but it went off after few minutes. Now even after pressing the power button many times it didnt turn on. Sorry for my english. Plz help

Options

hold down the volume down and volume up button at the same time and then hold the power button until a menu appears
