we had our microwave for 8 months then one day it just stopped heating. The problem is when the plate moves it heats,when it doesn't it doesn't heat. where can we fix this.

Turntable Motor
If the microwave turntable doesn't turn the turntable motor might be worn out. This is a common problem and relatively easy to replace. But your machine should still be covered under the manufacturer warranty.

I have the same problem & would like to repair. My Model is Kenmore 911.41485 or 911.41489. It is a built in micro with oven below. Not sure which model is for which. Can you share if this is possible & if so where I can get parts & how to do the repair? Thank you, Nikki
