Hi. Thanks for answering.

I´ve had some problems with both power and menu-buttons so now i understand why.

It might be while prying the battery, but the both buttons where not working as expected before I tried this. This phone has been drowned in Cola, so that might be a reason it was not working in the first place.

I´ll check if there is any microsoldiers out there :-)

Thank you.

BTW. The phone is working, but I have none power and menu button working

by

"none power and menu button working" that is because of your missing part.

Knut, that is reference designator U3 and it is a 74AUP2G34GN Low-power dual buffer in a SOT1115 package. The datasheet is available right here. It is part of your Menu/Power Hold key circuitry. You will need special tools and special skills to resolder it. If you have never done this kind of work, see if you can find somebody that does microssoldering. Hope this helps, good luck.

Does any of you know where to buy this one? It seems to me that there is an defect to the feets of this designator. I presume that it should have 6 "feets"?

by

yes, six feets. :)

The ones that are knocked off are always damaged and need to be replaced as new. Almost always, there is damage to more than just the one U3 component.

by

Okay.

I'm not sure if it's worth the pay if there is a lot of bugs. The phone has been drowned in Cola as well, and i'm sure there's gonna be more to come. I'll send you an PM so you could give me an price estimat.
