How to remove a stripped pentalobe screw with screw extractor?

My iphone 5c has a stripped screw on the bottom, where there are two pentalobe screws.

I have ordered the precision screw extractor from ifixit,

yet have not succeeded in taking the screw out,

probably because I don't really know how to use the extractor.

Can someone please help me out?
