I dropped my iPhone 4s and its gone blank

This morning I dropped my iPhone 4s on the floor, and when I picked it up it went all white and lines started to go across the screen. I've held the On/off button and the home button together for 10 seconds and its still came on with a white screen. Please can somebody help me?

The LCD is faulty and needs replacing, restarting will not help, unfortunately.

Maybe the LCD is broken.You need to replace it.
