Unplug it.
Flip it over and open it up and clean the crud off the rollers, pick the hair out of the optic. http://www.helpwithpcs.com/maintenance/m...

Hi machead3, I used the technic of A4 paper and roll the mouse over it. Its working again, I don't know for how long time.
