Current driver installed
2 Seagate SCSI Drives - both show up in System Profiler
Drives were mounting - now computer takes very long time to boot

Are they on the same SCSI channel? and are they terminated (that is if you have to do that internally, on that card?)

also try making sure the SCSI card is in a PCI slot closest to the CPU this isn't a major problem, but it can slow down the boot, also try re-seating it.
