Replacement screen doesn't fit my iPhone

My replacement screen from iFixit doesn't fit my iPhone 4 GSM. 3 corners will go down, but the corner next to the vibrator will no go down enough to reattach it to the iPhone body. I tried fitting my old screen and it fits perfectly. I ordered an iPhone 4 GSM screen and it doesn't fit?

What's the problem here?

I also ordered a screen from ifixit for my iPhone 4 GSM but the top right bracket is positioned on the side of the phone where it suppose to be the corner. Also the middle bracket on the left side is to short ad wont go in.

Options

Look at the brackets on the old screen are they the same as the new one?or is one at the top positioned differently? If so they they have sent you a 4s screen
