my ipad mini completely died after it is overheated...i just left it alone and it overheated it self...may i noe what is the problem and can it be fixed..it can't be switched on for noe and can't be connected to the itunes also..

This one is probably not going to be good news. The only thing you can really do is open it up, overlay a new battery and see if it will boot from a known good battery. If not, its an easter egg hunt.
