Upgraded to 640GB WD Scorpio and now Flashes & Beeps

I just installed a bigger hdd and now the Mac flashes it's front light and beeps every 5 seconds

I followed the tear down and to get to the hdd and swaped out for the bigger one and reassembled

I was hoping I could just format the hdd once I turned it on but I guess that's not the case

Does it flash the front LED 6 times? If so, according to Apple, the processor is unusable. How this happened? I have no idea. Did you damage the logic board in any way? Try reseating the RAM (improbable). What I would do if I were you is put back the original HDD, test if it works, if it doesn't then take it to the apple store and leave no marks on the mac mini, return, get a new one. If it does work that means its the HDD is broken.. although... it would never be reported as a bad CPU... anyway it would be highly confusing if it DID work with the old HDD.
