I cant upgrade my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 to 4.4.2

HI. 2 months ago I updated my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 sm T210 to 4.4.2 kiktat . But after 1 month i tried to root it and it failed and I couldn't do anything on it . When I turned it on it showed me just the logo Samsung Galaxy Tab 3" and nothing else . Then I sent it to a repair shop '' ( I don't know how to say that ) and then he said that I erased all the system . He installed 4.1.2 firmware ( belgium software i think ) and from that day I can't update to 4.4.2 ! I tried with Kies but it wont work . It says that the latest firmware is already updated . I really need 4.4.2 . I downloaded from samobile.com but I don't know how to install it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 /

Can anybody help me ? :( :( :( :( :(

I know how to do it....first download the stock rom from sammobile.com.... then download odin 3 and Then go inside it and select pda and select the downloaded firmware. Then make sure repartition is NOT checked. It will instantly brick ur device. And then hit install and poof! U now have kitkat back again. This exact thing happened to me including the repair sho part. And i did the same thing and it perdectly works.
