I'm having the same issue with mine. I went into settings, into accessibility, then clicked auto rotate, I already had it checked off but I unchecked the box and the screen flipped back from the landscape format. But now it won't flip around on its own any more even though I've checked the auto rotate back on.

Have you tried doing a factory reset to attempt fixing the rotation issue?

If after doing a factory reset you're still having the rotation issue, it might be a hardware problem in which case you'd have to get it repaired.

If it's still under warranty from the time you purchased it you can send it in for servicing.

The same thing happened to me, go to settings, accessibility, then check the auto rotate box, mine was on but when I turned it off it fixed it, though note when I turned it back on it won't flip on its own any more.

1.From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon .

Located at the bottom (in portrait) or at the right (in landscape).

2.From the Apps tab, select Settings.

3.Tap Accessibility.

4.Tap Auto-rotate screen.

To choose this option, select the box and a blue check mark appears.
