I asked how to replace a 89 toyota pickup, not a 07 tundra. That doesn't answer my question

Theres not really a filter, its a screen and a piece of foam inside the vent system where the blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side

The 1989-1995 Toyota Pick Up doesn't have a cabin filter. I have a 1994. Cabin filters are 2000+ things.
