My I phone was sitting on the table and was in vibrate mode. It started vibrating like it was ringing then it continued to vibrate nonstop and none of the buttons would work and I could not get the screen to work and it is dead. Is there a reset?

Hi!

I suggest you could try this two simple things first to see if there's a minor issue with your iPhone.

Look at the dock connector. In many cases there's a lot of debris/dust/fluff that could cause some weird "activities" in your iPhone.

In case you find some, remove it with an old toothbrush, recharge you iPhone and turn it on.

To reset your iPhone:

press the home (the circle button at the bottom) and the on/off buttons for 10 seconds.

You'll see the silver apple and you phone will restart.

If any of this seems to work, could means that the flex cable which connects the vibrate switch is damaged.

Greetings!
