i changed my battery with new one (Order Checkup (813617)) when battery recognised as 100% charged but fail to power my computer when the AC adapter is unplugged.

Most likely your SMC needs to be reset. Follow this Apple TN: Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC).
See if that fixes it
