Cannot remove the logic board to retrieve the battery?

Having removed all the small Philips screws and the various connectors, I am unable to lift the logic board because on one side of the logic board (on the green panel attached to it) there is a small black label which says 'Do not remove'. The whole logic board assembly is fixed and is not removeable anyway, so how do I get to the battery?
