My PowerBook 3400c won't turn on?

I have apple powerbook 3400c doesn't turn on,i want to know what is a problem can u help me.thank u by,Linah

Drained battery
If your PowerBook doesn't turn on, start by connecting the charger. After a few minutes, turn on the computer and then disconnect the charger. If the computer stays on, the battery needed to be charged. Reconnect the charger to recharge the battery.

Hello There
open computer and take off ( disconnect PSU) under keyboard you'll find ram module , check if the module is well fitted inside its bay , try taking it apart and then fit it welling its bay and then restart computer

Wouldn't that either give you three or five beeps on start up?
i had a similar problem with my 3400 , i discovered that ram module was not well "fixed" , i taken it apart ( the computer will start normally making chime even ram is not in ) then i reinstalled ram and it's still working . I suggest to pull apart battery if it is non working and test it only with power supply ( the pismo one or iBook clamshell can work )
i think my apple powerbook have Pram Battery dead that way is not turning on right also problem with powerbook g3 lombard
i had to reconnect my PSU, it had popped out of the main board. It turned on fine after it was reconnected. Hopefully that helps someone else too :)
