1 turned off and wont turn back on
my alcatel one touch idol turned off itself and wont come back on..

On my Alcatel one touch my off/on button stopped working so I just tap the screen twice for off /on. Check if your phone has this feature.

Mine is doing this rn. I was watching youtube and then my phone just shut off. I have the Alcatel one touch pixi glory, and it will not turn back on, the light is on, the light that turns on when you charge it, but the screen is doing nothing. I need it back on.

Mine was doing the same thing! ITS ON NOW. Take the back of your phone off and press the button manually with your finger and it will turn on at least minded and if you hook it up to your computer with Wi-Fi your phone will download the update fully and be restored as mine is FINALLY

My phone did the same thing and i held the power button and the down button and it turned on..

ty it works!!
Mine also just turned off I was trying to get on snapchat and it just turned off, I held the on/off button and the up and down button and it came back on

Mine is doing the same thing, it's turning on but for about 1 minute, then it turns off itself.
