My lower screen flashes and then the device shuts down

It happens when I turn on the device, the power led turns on for a second and then the lower screen flashes before the device shut down. I really wanted some help because I don't know what to do

Options

Ensure the top screen ribbon is fully connected, I had this issue before and it was just a matter of correctly inserting the ribbon.
