Won't work on any spin cycles or drain

I have a Kenmore 90 series. Model 110.26902691

I have replaced the lid switch, coupler, motor and clutch assembly. It will not drain or run in the spin cycle on any of the wash cycles. Motor will not make any noise on spin setting. It does however make noise on rinse. I'm starting to lean towards the timer now. Just seems like the motor is not getting energized to start the spin cycle.
